Terry E. Hillhouse, 73, Mayo, FL passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. The Live Oak, FL born native moved to Mayo in 2011 from Live Oak and was of Primitive Baptist faith. He served in the Army National Guard and was a proud veteran of the US Army as a Sergeant along with his brothers who also served in the armed forces. He also worked for the Florida Department of Agriculture for thirty-two years.

Mr. Hillhouse is survived by his wife: Linda Hillhouse; two daughters: Laura Herring, Carrie Hillhouse; son: Brian Hillhouse (Tiffany); step-sons: Troy Markham (Lindsay), Randall Markham (Jen); sisters: Peggy Stokes (Robert), Betty Bedenbaugh; brothers: Tony Hillhouse (Alisha), Clifford Hillhouse (Darlene), Eric Hillhouse (Lisa); grandchildren: Dustin, Dalton, Sheldon, Cain, Flint, Skyler, Parker, Reyhan, Bailey, Billy, Blayne, Marina, Ethan and Haidyn. He was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph Benjamin and Pauline Hillhouse.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 8th at Daniels Memorial Chapel.
