Thera Delegal Doocy, a beloved lifelong resident of Live Oak, FL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at the age of 96. She was a cherished member of the Pine Grove United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star, Live Oak Chapter. Thera is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth 'Gayle' Blakenship of Dunnellon, FL, and Deborah A. Blair of Ocala, FL; her son, David F. Delegal of Live Oak, FL; as well as five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 8th at Pine Grove United Methodist Cemetery, with Rev. Pat Chewning officiating.
