James Thomas 'Tommy' Pate, Sr., 77, of Lee, FL passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. Tommy was born in Tifton, GA, and worked various jobs for many years in the mobile home industry. He loved to fish, especially at the pond near his home. His favorite activity was spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids. Tommy was a member of Midway Church of God, Lee, FL, and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife: Lenora Pate; daughters: Peggy (Mike) Pate, Latrell (John) Wainwright, Jennifer Pate Lumsden, Mary (TJ) Vickers; sons: Alex (Tracy) Flowers, Jim (Candy) Pate, Wayne (Cole) Johnson; sister-in-law: Betty Pate; brothers: Claude Kennedy and Leon Pate; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Henry and MaryJo Pate; and his brothers and sisters: Charles, Joe, Betty Lou, and Margaret.

Services for Tommy will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Daniels Chapel, Live Oak, FL. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11 am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Midway Church of God, 2485 Southeast Midway Church Road, Lee, FL 32059
