Tony Lane, a lifelong resident of Live Oak, FL, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the age of 62. He was a dedicated carpenter in the construction business and attended the Live Oak Church of God. Tony is survived by his parents, Shirley & Daniel Murray and Lawton H. Lane, all of Live Oak, FL. He leaves behind two daughters, Jacqueline Jerkins and her husband Dylan, and Hannah Smith and her husband Dustin, both residing in Live Oak, FL. He is also survived by his sister, Sissy Dees and her husband Robert of Lake City, FL, and four brothers, Yogi Lane of Live Oak, FL, Terry Chastain and his wife Lisa of Ft. White, FL, Darren Lane and his wife Denise, and Chris Lane and his wife Kim, both of Live Oak, FL. Tony also leaves behind two granddaughters: Tinsleigh Jerkins and Lennon Raye Jerkins, and he will be fondly remembered by a host of nieces and nephews. A celebration of Tony's life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 11th at Daniels Memorial Chapel.
