Tyler James Ogles, 26, of Live Oak, FL passed away on April 22, 2026. He was born on September 22, 1999, in Lake City, Florida, to Shannon Sanders and James Ogles. Tyler was known for his big heart, high energy, and good nature. He had a bright smile that could light up a room and always wanted those around him to be happy. He enjoyed listening to music, helping others, welding, and spending time with family and friends.
Above all, Tyler loved his daughter. She was his greatest joy and the light of his life, and he cherished every moment he had with her.
Tyler faced many challenges in life with strength and determination. He fought hard battles, including overcoming addiction, showing resilience and courage. Though he carried struggles that were not always visible, he continued to love deeply and give to others.
He will be remembered as a devoted father, a loving son, a proud momma's boy, and someone who always put others before himself.
He is survived by his daughter, Emerson Ogles; his mother, Shannon Watkins and step-father, Jason Watkins of Suwannee County, FL; his father, James Ogles of Sarasota County, FL; his brothers, Clay Gaylard, Devin Ogles, and Jerry Watkins; his grandparents, Lori and Steve Sanders of Live Oak, FL, and Teresa Beaver of Live Oak, Florida; his great-grandparents, Sam and Joan Dilger of Old Town, FL; his uncles, Dwight Sanders, Robert Ogles, Stephen Ogles, Matthew Ogles, and Adam Ogles.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Sanders of Cross City, FL, his grandparents, Robert (Rob) and Robin Ogles of Live Oak, FL.
A service will be held at Bible Baptist Church , 321 Eva Ave, Live Oak, on May 2 at 2:00 pm.
He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
