William "Vann" Mobley, a lifelong resident of McAlpin, FL, passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on May 4, 1955, to the late Leo J. 'L.J.' and Bonnie Mobley. Vann was a farmer and landscaper. He was also of Pentecostal Faith.

He is survived by his daughter, Lily McPhearson of Branford, FL; his sisters, Dee Pournelle of McAlpin, FL, Gwen Kirkland and her husband Jeff of Live Oak, FL, and Robin Eyer Lipps of McAlpin, FL; and his brother, Leo J. Mobley, Jr. and his wife Melissa of McAlpin, FL.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 29th at Daniels Memorial Chapel, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Mr. Dwain Mobley and Rev. Donnie Shinholser will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
